1- Don’t look at your phone:

Your phone is filled with bullshit stressors and apps. You need to maintain the calm you wake up with. Don’t let it get into your system.


2- Biggest Agenda:

If you could finish only one task that day, what would it be? For me, it’s doing my coaching calls. Whatever is most important for your life, pick that.

3- Meditate

Meditation isn’t restricted to focusing on your breath. I used to meditate on “I am going to die”. It made me realize the time I was wasting in my life. Pick your meditation smartly.


4- Get some Sun

Morning sun will not only fix your sleep-cycle but fix your brain. It gives you Vitamin-D which leads to a less stressed and healthy mind.


5- Consume Success

Our brain replicates what it sees. Instead of reading negative newspapers, consume content from successful people. Read their books, listen to podcasts, watch their videos.


6- Eat your frog

After this routine, you get 3–4 hours of performance. Your brain's ability to focus and work is at it’s highest. Tackle the biggest agenda you set for yourself in #2.
